To obtain free parking the person will need to collect the parking ticket from the appropriate access columns (even if their car is equipped with Telepass). Once the car has parked the person will then have to visit the ticket office on the right side of the Fair entrance, show the parking ticket and a document attesting that they are disabled. The staff will then give you a coupon called "FreePark", which will be used at the exit car park column.
